Please read the following terms before using this application ("App"). By installing or using this App, you are deemed to have agreed to this Agreement.
Article 1 (Scope and License Types)
This App is available in two versions: a free Lite version and a paid full version. This Agreement applies to both versions.
* Lite Version: Free of charge. Includes three preset recipes. Importing other recipes is not available.
* Full Version: Paid. Includes eight preset recipes. Users can also update or add recipes via an import feature. (Imported recipes are independent works and may be offered for a fee.)
When distributed via official stores such as Microsoft Store or Apple App Store, the license is granted according to each store’s policies. Users may use the App on devices linked to their store account, within the scope permitted by the store.
Article 2 (Intellectual Property)
All content included in the App (images, audio, text, programs, etc.) and related intellectual property rights belong to the developer or other rightful owners. Users may not use, copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App beyond what is permitted by copyright law or applicable laws.
Article 3 (Usage Conditions and Prohibited Acts)
The App is licensed only to the user who legitimately acquired it. When obtained from a store, it must be used in accordance with that store's license policy. Redistribution, sharing, or providing the App to third parties is strictly prohibited.
Copyright of images created using the App depends on the source images or AI-generated materials. Commercial use of created content is permitted only under the following conditions:
* The user holds the copyright to the source image.
* The source image is licensed for commercial use (e.g., royalty-free, marked for commercial use).
Use of content not covered by the above for commercial purposes is prohibited.
Prohibited Acts:
* Reverse engineering, decompiling, or analyzing the App
* Bypassing license limitations or sharing store accounts
* Unauthorized duplication, redistribution, resale, or lending of the App
* Use for illegal or unethical purposes
* Any action that interferes with App functionality or infringes third-party rights
Article 4 (Disclaimer)
This App is provided "as is" without any warranties. The developer shall not be liable for any damages (direct or indirect) arising from the use or inability to use the App.
The developer assumes no responsibility for issues such as malfunctions, data loss, or operational errors caused by the user's environment or usage.
Article 5 (Personal Information)
This App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information (e.g., name, contact details, location data).
Fonts such as Inter, Noto Sans, and Orbitron, provided by Google Fonts, are bundled locally. No communication with external servers occurs at runtime.
The App does not use Google Analytics, Firebase, or any other tracking/analytics tools, and does not collect behavior logs or device information.
Article 6 (Changes to the Agreement)
The developer reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without notice. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from or related to this App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court located in the developer’s place of business.
